Those guys are the best! Huge Thank you to Beau and the whole Team! I had an issue with my sunroof on my Volkswagen and went to the dealership first. They quoted me a pretty steep price and "just put it in place" in the meantime, which has broken additional parts. Thank God I went to Cars, Automotive & Muffler afterwards. Beau talked me through options, called me at every step of the way, checking in on if I am comfortable with the path ahead and just made me feel like they cared about getting it right. The cherry on top was that they ultimately charged me less than orginally quoted! I will take all my service needs to Beau and the guys from now on.

Beau and the staff were very friendly. I was able to get my 1999 BMW STAR Smogged there after last week I tried 8 different smog shops that were not able to do it in the Southbay. And they only charged me $58 to do the Dyno smog test where other places were charging $75.
