My car got a bad jump from a AAA service technician. It sat at a different shop for over a month with the guy not being able to figure out the problem. I had may car taken to Cars Automotive & Muffler, right off the bat I was impressed with the quality of customer service we were given. When I explained the situation to Dale he was already able to make some guesses as to what the damages could be and I felt very confident in leaving my vehicle in their hands. My feelings were proven right when not even a week later my car was fully repaired almost like it was brand new. This shop was a bright spot in an incredibly frustrating situation for me and they have gained a new customer for sure as I will trust them with all services and repairs going forward. I had a no start issue ,Car was towed in and with in 10 mins of cars arrival I got a call from Dale stating Car was there but I was in a long line and it may be a day or 2 before I would hear the results of the diagnostic testing , I was not happy about the time frame but I do apricate the honesty and transparency of the Cars team . I waited a bit longer than usual but the repairs were made correctly and in the time frame that was stated up front . Dale and Kevin and the entire Cars team are true professionals . First time experience. Originally made an appointment for a quote on a door alignment but was also interested in upgrading my exhaust. They were quick, friendly and their waiting area was nice and stocked. I ended up only getting the exhaust done because this place was just too expensive. Quote for doors was more than double what another couple places offered within a few blocks of this place. Exhaust was also pricey but I didn't want to wait. They were able to do it right away while other shops had a couple weeks wait. Work was well done and their location was convenient, just far more expensive than places nearby. I'd love to make this a regular location for maintenance because of its convenience and professionalism but I can't justify the cost. Service: Exhaust
