This was my first visit to Cars, Automotive & Muffler. I was impressed by the friendly welcome of Dale, Service Advisor Chad, and the owner, Michael. I was given many options as to nearby places to wait, or to stay on the facilities and enjoy a cup of coffee. My vehicle was serviced in record time and recommendations were made for future visits. Bonus: they washed my car! Furthermore, I was emailed a Health Inspection that gave details, with pictures included, of what passed inspection, what needs immediate action, and what needs future attention. I will definitely return here for all my vehicle's services. Service: Oil change

My car got a bad jump from a AAA service technician. It sat at a different shop for over a month with the guy not being able to figure out the problem. I had may car taken to Cars Automotive & Muffler, right off the bat I was impressed with the quality of customer service we were given. When I explained the situation to Dale he was already able to make some guesses as to what the damages could be and I felt very confident in leaving my vehicle in their hands. My feelings were proven right when not even a week later my car was fully repaired almost like it was brand new. This shop was a bright spot in an incredibly frustrating situation for me and they have gained a new customer for sure as I will trust them with all services and repairs going forward. I had a no start issue ,Car was towed in and with in 10 mins of cars arrival I got a call from Dale stating Car was there but I was in a long line and it may be a day or 2 before I would hear the results of the diagnostic testing , I was not happy about the time frame but I do apricate the honesty and transparency of the Cars team . I waited a bit longer than usual but the repairs were made correctly and in the time frame that was stated up front . Dale and Kevin and the entire Cars team are true professionals .
